CRL 2023 Season

Coast Soccer League and CalSouth are excited to announce that registration for the 2023 season is now open.

CRL league games will kick off in the Spring of 2023. This will allow teams in CSL Premier and adjacent leagues to have a year-round soccer season from their fall league games onto the CRL league games in the Spring.

Teams that wish to continue with a high level of play in the Spring can sign up for the CRL by Jan 30th, 2023.

The cost for the 2023 season will remain the same, at $1400 per team.

Referee fees are not included.
New for 2023 - Winners of each CRL division will receive automatic qualification into the USYS Pacific Conference, one of 13 conferences within the USYS National League.
Top teams from CSL Premier and Championship divisions will compete against select teams that are invited from other Regional leagues. Play the best of Southern California this Spring!

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW.

TEAM ELIGIBILITY

Only teams from CSL Premier and Championship are eligible, in addition to a select number of teams from other leagues by invitation only.
LEAGUE FEES

The cost for the 2023 season will remain the same, at $1400 per team.
(Referee fees are not included)
NUMBER OF GAMES

The number of games will vary depending on number of teams per bracket. Your team will play in approx. 8-12 games.
GAME LOCATIONS

The majority of games will be played at the Great Park in Irvine. Select games may be played at your home field due to geography concerns.
PLAY DATES

While there is no set schedule yet, games will start tentatively on March 4th and the season will conclude by the end of May.
REGISTRATION DEALINE

The deadline to register is January 30th, 2023. Early registration will increase your chances if brackets fill up.

QUALIFY FOR THE PACIFIC CONFERENCE

Beginning in the 2022-23 season, the California Regional League will serve as a Conference Qualifier division that provides a direct pathway into the Premier I South Division of the Pacific Conference. As a top-tier division in the Pacific Conference, the Premier I South Division presents teams with the opportunity to earn qualification into USYS National League P.R.O., as well as the USYS Far West Regional Championships.
